Job summary

ERNI, a Switzerland-founded software development company with a growing Asia Pacific presence, invites experienced developers to join its Metro Manila service center in Mandaluyong. You will design, develop, and maintain secure software in complex domains such as MedTech, Industry, Finance, and Transportation, collaborating with passionate colleagues.

You will work in a hybrid setup, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to CI/CD, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in system architecture, design and development, including 3+ years in senior developer roles.
• Experience with SharePoint and SPFx development.
• Experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Experience in production support, hotfixes and L3 support, and Agile/Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, analysts, QA, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
• Design and develop secure, maintainable, and scalable applications, APIs, integrations, and databases.
• Resolve production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop and deploy fixes, scripts, patches, and updates.
• Improve system stability and proactively prevent recurring issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, secure coding, and CI/CD practices.
• Help automate support processes using AI, chatbots, and other automation technologies.
• Contribute to technical improvements, research, and innovation.

What are our wishes?
