Job summary

Ivoclar Vivadent Services & Support, Inc. is seeking an experienced Backend Developer to design, develop and maintain scalable .NET/C# services and APIs.

You will work with a modern layered architecture and collaborate with Frontend and Full Stack teams to deliver robust, secure backend solutions. The role involves implementing data access layers, RESTful APIs, and event-driven integrations, while supporting BFF components and AI-enabled features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT Technology or related field
• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong understanding of system integrations and SDLC
• Experience with enterprise app architecture and integration patterns
• Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban) and tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence)

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve backend services and APIs with .NET/C#
• Build and maintain integration adapters and platform connectors
• Design data access layers and database interactions
• Develop RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations
• Support BFF implementations and collaborate with Frontend/Full Stack teams
• Contribute to TypeScript-based backend components for frontend integration
• Write unit, integration and API tests to ensure quality
• Contribute to AI-powered software solutions and modern engineering practices
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
• Mentor junior developers and uphold coding standards
• Support deployment, monitoring and DevOps efforts
