Job summary

CXC in Manila is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design and build reliable, scalable backend systems using C# and .NET. You will shape microservices architecture and maintain high engineering standards.

You will design backend services, implement asynchronous processing, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, while ensuring code quality through reviews and tests. Strong OOP skills and modern .NET practices are required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C# with async/await and CancellationToken.
• Hands-on experience with HttpClient and best practices.
• Extensive experience with WebAPI and MVC.
• Solid understanding of CLR and Garbage Collection.
• Knowledge of IDisposable best practices.
• Experience with boxing/unboxing concepts.
• Strong OOP skills and design pattern experience.
• Proven ability to design microservices architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services using C# and .NET.
• Build scalable microservices with asynchronous processing and compensation mechanisms.
• Ensure high code quality through reviews, unit testing, and debt management.
