Job summary

Outsource Accelerator in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer for a leading European healthcare technology company. You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using C#/.NET and React, hosted on Azure, with REST APIs and microservices.

The role emphasizes performance, scalability, and clean, well-documented code within an Agile environment. You will collaborate with an international team, utilize AI coding tools, and contribute to CI/CD

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with C# and modern .NET (.NET Core/.NET 6+)
• 3+ years of experience developing front-end applications using React (TypeScript preferred)
• Strong experience building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications
• Experience working with Azure or other cloud platforms
• Strong understanding of software architecture, testing, and CI/CD practices
• Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar
• Ability to work independently in a collaborative Agile environment
• Strong English communication skills

They are expanding their engineering team and are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help build and enhance scalable cloud-based applications that support healthcare providers across Europe.

About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll work on modern enterprise applications within a cloud-based microservices architecture. You'll collaborate with an international engineering team to develop new features, improve system performance, and deliver high-quality software using AI-assisted development tools.
