Job summary

Nat Re - National Reinsurance Corporation of the Philippines is seeking a Risk & Compliance professional to support our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) programs. You will assist with quarterly ROC reporting and contribute to multiple department projects in a dynamic reinsurance environment.

In this role you will help rollout ERM/BCM frameworks, coordinate risk assessments, maintain incident logs, and contribute to policy development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• At least 1 year of related experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Analytical and critical thinker
• Detail-oriented and organized

Responsibilities

• Support the rollout of the ERM Framework and BCM Program
• Help prepare reports for the quarterly ROC meetings
• Run emerging risk assessments: horizon scanning, surveys, and focus group discussions
• Maintain the Incident Log, work with stakeholders on incident reports, and help prepare reports for Senior Management
• Help develop, maintain, and review ERM and BCM policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Support the ORSA report
• Do the initial quarter-on-quarter comparison of RBC2 reports for the ROC
• Guide business units through Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) and BIAs
• Work with Compliance Unit on PIAs and IRAs
• Help build programs that promote risk awareness and operational resilience across the company

About the Role

Join our Risk and Compliance Department and help run our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) programs. You'll support quarterly reporting to the Risk Oversight Committee and pitch in on department projects as they come up.

Responsibilities:

Risk Management and Governance

• Support the rollout of our ERM Framework and BCM Program
• Help prepare reports for the quarterly Risk Oversight Committee (ROC) meetings
• Run emerging risk assessments: horizon scanning, surveys, and focus group discussions
• Maintain the Incident Log, work with stakeholders on incident reports, and help prepare reports for Senior Management
• Help develop, maintain, and review ERM and BCM policies, guidelines, and procedures
• Support the annual Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) report
• Do the initial quarter-on-quarter comparison of Risk-Based Capital (RBC2) reports for the ROC

Risk Maturity and Culture

• Help improve our risk assessment methods and tools
• Guide business units through Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) and Business Impact Assessments (BIAs)
• Work with the Compliance Unit on Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Institutional Risk Assessments (IRAs)
• Help build programs that promote risk awareness and operational resilience across the company

What We’re Looking For
