Wellspring, a fast-growing Gen Z–first wellness brand best known for viral vitamin gummies, is hiring a Multimedia Designer to lead brand storytelling across digital, retail, and partnerships—turning scrolls into sales and customers into fans.

You’ll own our brand vision, ensure tight visual and verbal identity, lead 360° campaigns, build a short-form video content engine, and mentor in-house and freelance creatives to deliver high-converting work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in agencies or brands.
• Strong portfolio including social-first campaigns and packaging systems.
• Excellence in art direction and copy direction; motion/3D familiarity is a plus.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Data-driven mindset with bias to ship, learn, iterate.
• Experience in packaging design.

Responsibilities

• Own brand vision and maintain visual + verbal identity across channels.
• Lead 360° campaigns from concept to post-mortem (TikTok/IG, e-com, OOH, retail, PR, collabs).
• Build a content engine for short-form video, creator kits, and landing pages.
• Drive performance creative with rapid A/B testing (CTR, hook rate, CVR, ROAS).
• Partner with Growth/E-com; translate insights into weekly creative wins.
• Manage and mentor an in-house team plus freelancers/creators.
• Co-create packaging and retail experiences that pop on shelves and social."
