Job summary

create synergies inc. seeks a seasoned leader to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant locations in Mandaluyong. You will ensure brand standards, drive profitability, and mentor management teams while coordinating with cross-functional departments to meet organizational goals.

The role requires strong P&L knowledge, high-volume leadership, and a proven ability to improve service quality and efficiency. Onsite work in a branded hospitality environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing multi-unit restaurant operations or holding a senior leadership role within the food service industry.
• Proven track record of overseeing multiple restaurant outlets in a branded restaurant, food service, or hospitality organization.
• Comprehensive knowledge of both front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations.
• Strong business and financial management skills, including experience with P&L accountability, labor planning, and food cost management.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, with experience leading teams in high-volume restaurant environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and improve profitability by effectively managing operating costs, resources, and overall business performance.
