Staff4Me, a Managed Service Provider, seeks an IT services professional to manage client IT infrastructures and deliver proactive support for the hospitality sector. You will monitor systems, handle remote and onsite issues, and participate in implementing new technologies for client environments.

The role emphasizes strong client relationships, strategic IT planning, and cost-saving recommendations within a dynamic, multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Managed Service Provider or in a similar IT support role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining relationships.
• Monitor client IT environments to ensure reliability and performance.
• Provide timely support for technical issues, in remote and onsite capacities.
• Document and track support requests through the ticketing system and maintain thorough documentation.
• Manage IT infrastructure solutions, including networks, servers, and applications, ensuring security and updates.
• Participate in projects involving the implementation of new technology solutions for clients.
• Assist clients in developing IT strategies aligned with business goals and cost-saving initiatives.
