Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a Project Engineer (Equipment & MPFS) to implement Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Sanitary works, ensuring conformance to plans and specs. The role also schedules preventive maintenance for in-house equipment at the project site.

You will coordinate with the Engineering Department, prepare material and labor requests, supervise MPFS works, and support safety on site while delivering compliant, timely results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Sanitary Engineering or related field.
• Possession of relevant professional certifications or licenses (e.g., Registered Mechanical Engineer, Registered Sanitary Engineer).
• Minimum 3 years of construction industry experience, preferably in mechanical, fire protection, plumbing, and sanitary works.
• Strong knowledge of construction project management and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Estimate, monitor, and control plumbing quantities (materials, labor, equipment, subcons).
• Coordinate with Cost & Schedule Engineer for baseline cost & schedule.
• Prepare and submit requests for materials, labor, equipment, and subcon.
• Monitor and supervise MPFS works on site.
• Assist providers for inspection and installation of water/sanitary lines.
• Submit weekly MPFS accomplishments and turnovers.
• Oversee generator set and elevator installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Coordinate MPFS changes with CAD for as-built plans.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and best practices.
