Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an experienced manufacturing supervisor to lead the moulding production team. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coach staff, ensure safety, and drive quality and efficiency improvements across injection and blow moulding processes.

The role requires at least 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership, data analysis skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong technical knowledge of moulding processes and equipment.
• Experience in injection and blow moulding operations.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate activities of the moulding production team.
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
• Analyze production data and prepare performance reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
