Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering/management field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Background in food manufacturing/FMCG preferred.
• Strong strategic planning and numbers-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plant-Wide Direction: Assisting the Operations Manager in leading, planning, and managing the overall directions of the entire production spectrum.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure all goods produced on time, meeting peak quality benchmarks and food safety metrics.
• Cost & Waste Control: Optimize plant performance to deliver products at the best possible manufacturing cost.
• End-to-End Leadership: Direct and mentor a multi-tiered team across the manufacturing floor, dispatch bays, and logistical distribution points.
