Outsourcey Global, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a skilled Motion Designer to join our team. You will create world-class 2D and 3D motion graphics for a wide range of clients and formats, and translate client requirements into compelling visual concepts.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience, a degree in Motion Design, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Experience with large-scale event content is a plus.

Qualifications

4+ years' experience in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Motion Design or similar field.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environment.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
Experience in project management and client relations is desirable.

Responsibilities

Create world-class 2D & 3D motion graphics for a wide range of clients across various screen types.
Design and develop storyboards for motion projects, developing layout and concepts for approvals.
Provide a range of creative concepts and solutions to motion design projects.
Responsible for animating content for large-scale event content and internal projects.
Collaborate with Encore Event Technologies team to meet creative briefs.
Manage multiple projects to hit targets, staying on schedule and within budget.
Lead development of design trends and promote continuous improvement.
Update weekly WIP reports and align with content management.
