Job summary

Outsourcey Global, Inc. is seeking a senior graphic designer to lead design direction for flagship client projects in the Philippines. You will drive concepts from idea through production, delivering brand-aligned visual systems across digital, print, and experiential formats.

The role requires 5+ years in a creative role, strong typography, composition and storytelling, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with exposure to AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of graphic design experience in brand experience, creative, or event agency.
• Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling; portfolio required.
• Experience producing production-ready artwork for large-format print and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead design direction from concept to production.
• Translate strategy into visual outcomes across digital, print, and environmental formats.
• Develop brand-aligned assets: signage, decks, illustrations, wayfinding.
• Incorporate motion design and AI tools where applicable.
• Present concepts to internal teams and clients with rationale.
• Ensure high quality, consistency, and accuracy across outputs.
• Mentor junior creatives and share design trends.
