SYSGEN RPO in the Philippines is seeking five experienced Motion Graphic Designers for direct hire. You will create compelling 2D and 3D visuals, animations, and storyboards, collaborating with other designers to deliver high-quality assets for diverse channels.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in digital design or studio settings, proficient with Figma, Blender or Cinema 4D, and skilled in video editing, typography, and layout. A sportsbook market background in the US or Australia is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in digital design or studio/agency environment.
• Strong skills in Figma.
• 3D modelling and animation with Blender and Cinema 4D.
• Experience in motion graphics, video editing, typography, and layout.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design trends and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Create 2D, 3D models, animations, graphics, and storyboards
• Develop motion graphics and edit video content
• Select and mix sound for video projects
• Produce visuals that drive engagement and align with channel best practices and resonate with diverse audiences.
