Keywords Studios Manila is seeking a Freelance Motion Graphics Designer to create video content and design assets for diverse media. You may lead a team of designers and motion artists, collaborating with creatives to deliver on client briefs.

The role requires advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and related software, a strong portfolio, and the ability to work in the UK time zone, with hybrid remote flexibility and onsite events as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Motion Graphics.
• Strong experience with Design & Editing.
• Extended knowledge and technical ability of your relevant software: i.e. Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Photoshop, etc
• A strong understanding of capabilities and integrations with other software, such as Da Vinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, Maya, etc.
• Strong portfolio of Motion Graphics work and a keen eye for design and aesthetics
• Experience managing other Designers & Motion Artists
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great organization skills and effectively prioritizing tasks
• Strong collaborative skills engage effectively with team members and stakeholders at multiple seniority levels
• A continuous desire to learn new techniques and technology
• Willing to work in the mid-shift (UK time zone)

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver visually stunning motion graphics for various media.
• Perform basic edit tasks and create rough sound beds for edit projects when required.
• Lead a team of designers and motion artists, ensuring successful project execution.
• Advise on design, edit, and motion elements during the ideation process.
• Stay up to date on software advancements and latest motion graphics techniques.
• Collect and compile project files efficiently upon delivery to ensure organized documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Creatives and other Artists to bring concepts, scripts, and storyboards to life.
• Adhere to briefs while pushing creative boundaries to meet client expectations.
• Support Quality Control checks on design and motion projects to maintain high standards.
