Job summary

Outsourcey is seeking a senior graphic designer in the Philippines to lead design direction from concept to production. You will craft brand-aligned assets for digital, print, and event environments, using Adobe Creative Suite and AI-assisted tools to accelerate concepting and production.

The role requires strong presentation skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high quality and consistency, and mentor

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in a graphic design role with brand experience or agency environment.
Strong layout, typography and visual storytelling with a professional folio.
Experience producing artwork for large-format print, signage and wayfinding.
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills for print, digital and motion.
Proficient in Google Slides for client presentations and templated decks.
Familiarity with AI tools (Firefly, Claude) in a creative workflow.

Responsibilities

Lead design direction from concept to production across digital, print, motion and events.
Collaborate to translate strategy into impactful visuals and brand-aligned assets.
Develop signage systems, pitch decks, illustrations, and wayfinding.
Incorporate motion design and AI-assisted visuals where applicable.
Present concepts to teams and clients with clear rationale and solutions.
Ensure high quality, consistency and production readiness across outputs.
Mentor junior creatives and contribute to timelines and workflow tools.
