Job summary

Peartree Preschool is seeking a Credit Analyst to assess and structure residential loan applications for a panel of lenders, including proprietary products. You will think like a broker, analyze borrower scenarios, and guide deals end-to-end from fact find to submission.

You will work remotely aligned with Australian hours, supporting lenders and internal stakeholders while maintaining a precise pipeline in Mercury CRM. A strong focus on complex deals and proactive credit outcomes is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Australian mortgage broking / credit analysis.
• Experience with complex deals (not just vanilla PAYG).
• Proficiency with Connective and Mercury CRM; strong understanding of lender policies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze borrower scenarios (PAYG, self-employed, complex structures).
• Structure deals across refinances, cash-out/equity release, pre-approvals, multi-lender/proprietary products, basic SMSF lending.
• Prepare and submit loan applications via Connective; manage MIRs; review documents for completeness and credit strength.
• Identify risks and propose alternative structures before submission; liaise with lenders, BDMs, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate notes and pipeline in Mercury CRM.
