Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience in Australian residential mortgage broking or lending support.
• Proficient in Connective Mercury and AOL workflows.
• Strong credit assessment, policy research, and structuring skills.

Responsibilities

• Review income, expenses, liabilities and supporting docs to identify gaps or issues.
• Perform detailed serviceability calculations using Quickli and lender calculators.
• Propose loan structures with clear assumptions and policy considerations.
