Job summary

APW Tech is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to elevate user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will conduct user research, craft wireframes, and build interactive prototypes that translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain design documentation and style guides, and ensure accessibility and responsive design across devices. A bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, CS, or a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience designing mobile apps or mobile-first experiences for iOS and/or Android.
• Portfolio includes mobile app design, interactive prototypes, and user-centered design decisions.
• Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools.
• Experience designing for operations delivery, procurement, financial management, and enterprise applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability testing, responsive design, accessibility, and cross-platform design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design responsive web and mobile experiences across devices, platforms, screen sizes, and interaction patterns.
• Work with project stakeholders to align designs with project objectives.
• Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and specifications.
• Apply user-centered design principles to improve usability and the overall user experience.
• Ensure designs are responsive, adaptable, and consistent across web and mobile platforms.
