East West Banking Corporation (EastWest) is seeking a Senior ML Ops Engineer to design and optimize end-to-end ML workflows in a hybrid Makati setting. You will drive scalable pipelines, monitoring, and governance across teams, enabling reliable model deployment and lifecycle management.

The role requires 5+ years in software/data roles with at least 3 years in MLOps, plus strong cloud and containerization skills. You will engage cross-functional stakeholders and uphold governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in software engineering, data platforms, or ML infrastructure; minimum 3 years in an MLOps-focused role.
• Strong expertise in MLOps tools, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization and CI/CD for ML deployment.
• Proficiency in Git, model versioning, automated data and model pipelines, and end-to-end ML lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable MLOps pipelines for CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring of ML models.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to move models from development to production.
• Implement automated monitoring, logging, and performance tracking for model reliability.
• Establish and enforce best practices for model versioning, reproducibility, and lifecycle management.
• Manage model governance, access controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead initiatives on model performance optimization, drift detection, and automated retraining.
