The role requires 5+ years in software/data roles with at least 3 years in MLOps, plus strong cloud and containerization skills. You will engage cross-functional stakeholders and uphold governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in software engineering, data platforms, or ML infrastructure; minimum 3 years in an MLOps-focused role.
• Strong expertise in MLOps tools, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization and CI/CD for ML deployment.
• Proficiency in Git, model versioning, automated data and model pipelines, and end-to-end ML lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable MLOps pipelines for CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring of ML models.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to move models from development to production.
• Implement automated monitoring, logging, and performance tracking for model reliability.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, data platforms, or machine learning infrastructure, including a minimum of 3 years in an MLOps-focused role.
• Strong expertise in MLOps tools, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization technologies, and CI/CD frameworks supporting machine learning deployment.
• Proficiency in Git, model versioning, automated data and model pipelines, and end-to-end machine learning lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, evaluate solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage cross-functional stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value.
