Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Makati seeks an experienced ML Ops Engineer to join our Digital Products and Channels team. In this hybrid role, you will design, build, and optimize end-to-end MLOps pipelines to enable scalable deployment, monitoring, and governance of machine learning models across the organization.

You will collaborate with data science, engineering, and infrastructure teams to establish reliable, reproducible workflows, enforce model versioning and governance, and drive performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, IT, or related field; a Master's is an advantage.
• At least 5 years in software engineering, data platforms, or ML infrastructure, including 3+ years in MLOps.
• Strong expertise in MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proficiency in Git, model versioning, and end-to-end ML lifecycle management.
• Ability to communicate with cross-functional teams and translate technical concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable MLOps pipelines to support CI, CD, deployment, and monitoring of ML models.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to transition models from development to production.
• Implement automated monitoring, logging, and performance tracking to ensure model reliability.

• Manage model governance, access controls, and regulatory compliance.

What The Role Will Entail

• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to streamline the transition of models from development and testing to production environments.
• Implement automated monitoring, logging, and performance tracking frameworks to ensure model reliability and effectiveness.
• Establish and enforce best practices for model versioning, reproducibility, and end-to-end machine learning lifecycle management.
• Manage model governance, access controls, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead initiatives focused on model performance optimization, drift detection, and automated retraining to support long-term model accuracy and stability.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, data platforms, or machine learning infrastructure, including a minimum of 3 years in an MLOps-focused role.
• Strong expertise in MLOps tools, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization technologies, and CI/CD frameworks supporting machine learning deployment.
• Proficiency in Git, model versioning, automated data and model pipelines, and end-to-end machine learning lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, evaluate solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage cross-functional stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value.
• Results-oriented and highly accountable, with a proven ability to manage priorities, deliver high-quality outcomes, and uphold governance, compliance, and operational excellence standards.
