Qualifications

• Graduate in Mathematics, Accounting, Statistics, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with enterprise applications and analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of ERP/CRM and reporting tools.
• Familiar with leasing, billing, contracts, asset management or finance processes.
• Understand data governance; analytics/BI experience a plus.
• Exposure to ITIL practices (incident, problem, change).
• Awareness of information security and access governance.
• Strong leadership and credibility with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration.
• Analytical thinker with solid problem-solving abilities.
