Job summary

WeSupport Incorporated in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Middleware Administrator to design, install, upgrade, and support middleware stacks on Linux and AIX. You will work with Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Traffic Director, Apache Tomcat, JBoss, Control-M and MOVEit, ensuring smooth deployments and production stability.

You will collaborate with development and operations teams to manage migrations, container build scripts, VM/server readiness, and documentation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
5+ years of middleware administration experience (non-negotiable).
Hands-on with building, configuring, installing, upgrading middleware.
Experience on Linux and/or AIX platforms.
Experience with Oracle WebLogic, Fusion Middleware, traffic director, Tomcat, JBoss, Control-M, MOVEit.
Experience installing software packages and performing upgrades.
Support for development, test, and production environments.
Support deployments and releases, incl. container build scripts.

Responsibilities

Develops and builds new middleware versions on Linux/AIX.
Builds and supports middleware technologies (Oracle WebLogic, Fusion Middleware, Tomcat, JBoss, MOVEit, etc.).
Installs software, binaries, and upgrades middleware.
Provides technical support for Dev, Test, and Prod environments.
Contributes to middleware design standards.
Supports application releases in Test env with container build scripts.
Assists with VM/server setup for middleware.
Migrates middleware infrastructure to new versions and guides app migrations.
