Job summary

CareCone Group in Pasay is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for Workplace, Messaging, Collaboration, and Microsoft 365 solutions. You will own the technical design, drive implementation, and coordinate with project managers and business stakeholders.

The role requires 10+ years in IT, deep Microsoft 365 expertise, and strong leadership. It is a permanent, hybrid position based at the Pasay office with a focus on enterprise-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in IT within enterprise environments.
• At least 5 years leading large IT projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange 2019, and hybrid environments.
• Experience with Entra Connect, IAM, and group policy management.
• Proven ability to design architectures and drive implementations across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise Workplace, Messaging, and M365 solutions.
• Own technical architecture, solution design, planning, pricing, and implementation.
• Lead technical teams and collaborate with project managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure requirements, dependencies, documentation, testing, and transition are completed.
• Provide technical leadership for operations and escalations.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, JSON, XML, and related tech.
