Job summary

CareCone Group in Pasay is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for Workplace, Messaging, Collaboration, and Microsoft 365 solutions. You will own the technical design, drive implementation, and coordinate with project managers and business stakeholders.

The role requires 10+ years in IT, deep Microsoft 365 expertise, and strong leadership. It is a permanent, hybrid position based at the Pasay office with a focus on enterprise-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in IT within enterprise environments.
• At least 5 years leading large IT projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange 2019, and hybrid environments.
• Experience with Entra Connect, IAM, and group policy management.
• Proven ability to design architectures and drive implementations across teams.

Job Summary

Lead end-to-end solution architecture, design, implementation, and transition for enterprise Workplace, Messaging, Collaboration, and Microsoft 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver complex enterprise Workplace, Messaging, and M365 solutions.
• Own technical architecture, solution design, planning, pricing, and implementation.
• Lead technical teams and collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders.
• Ensure requirements, dependencies, documentation, testing, and transition are completed.
• Provide technical leadership for steady-state operations and escalations.
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, JSON, XML, and related technologies.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience; bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 7+ years implementing large-scale Messaging, Email, and Endpoint Management solutions for 50,000+ users.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange 2019, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and M365 Hybrid environments.
• Hands-on experience with Entra Connect, Group Policy, IAM, MS Groups, and cloud integration.
• Experience with PowerShell automation and scripting.
• Knowledge of OpenText RightFax is preferred.
• 5+ years as a technical lead for large IT projects.
• Advanced Microsoft certifications preferred; TOGAF/IAF or relevant architecture certifications are an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
