Vertiv Co is seeking a Senior Identity, Access & Microsoft 365 Technical Lead to direct administration, security, governance, and operations of IAM and Microsoft 365 environments. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management and Microsoft 365 administration.
• 3+ years of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) or equivalent Identity Governance platform.
• Experience integrating SailPoint with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Active Directory, ServiceNow, HR platforms and enterprise applications.
• Experience with user access certifications, entitlement reviews, role management, and governance processes.
• Experience supporting SOX, audit, compliance, and access governance requirements.

Responsibilities

Senior Identity, Access & Microsoft 365 Technical Lead

The Senior Identity, Access & Microsoft 365 Technical Lead is responsible for the administration, security, governance, and operational support of Vertiv's Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Microsoft 365 environments. This role serves as the technical lead for Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Microsoft 365 services, privileged access management, identity governance, automation, compliance, and cloud security initiatives.

This position provides advanced technical leadership for enterprise identity platforms, Microsoft cloud technologies, user lifecycle management, access governance, security controls, and operational support while partnering closely with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Service Desk, Engineering, Compliance, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Okta, Sailpoint, identity governance, hybrid identity, automation, and cloud security, with a strong focus on operational excellence, customer service, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role combines responsibilities from both IAM and M365 technical leadership functions.
