Job summary

Huzzle seeks a high-level Meta Ads strategist to own performance for a growing portfolio of insulation and home improvement clients. This is a fully remote, independent contractor role requiring leadership, data-driven testing, and ownership of campaigns that scale while managing client relationships.

You will lead with a founder-type mindset, build and optimize lead gen and VSL funnels, and collaborate with leadership on creative, tracking, and CRM integrations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing $30k–$100k+ monthly Meta ad spend.
• Specialization in Home Services or Contractor verticals.
• Proven ability to scale campaigns with a structured testing method.
• Strong client communication and leadership capabilities.
• Experience mentoring junior media buyers.
• Experience developing VSL funnels for lead generation.
• Deep knowledge of tracking, attribution, and CRM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns for 10+ client accounts.
• Build, test, and iterate on lead gen, VSL, and booked-call funnels.
• Own client relationships, lead weekly reporting calls, provide insights.
• Collaborate with leadership on aggressive ad creative and copy.
• Monitor budgets, pacing, and delivery for ROI.
• Identify underperforming metrics and pivot strategies autonomously.
• Document processes to onboard junior media buyers.
• Stay ahead of platform changes and algorithm shifts.
