Job summary

Nexperia in the Philippines Cabuyao is seeking a Senior Developer / System Analyst to analyze, design, develop, implement and support MES, manufacturing and quality applications.

You will work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and lead delivery of high-quality apps using C#.NET, Java, SQL/PLSQL, and related technologies. Mentoring juniors and ensuring testing are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, software engineering, electronics or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in application development, analysis, and support.
• Strong ability to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Experience with C#.NET, Java, SQL, PL/SQL; Oracle and SQL Server knowledge.
• Experience preparing Functional and Technical Specification Documents (FSD/TSD).

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specs (FSD/TSD).
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise manufacturing applications.
• Develop solutions using C#.NET, Java, SQL, PL/SQL.
• Design and optimize Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Lead enhancements, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate FUT, SIT, and UAT testing.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with business users, project teams, IT stakeholders.
• Conduct user training and post-implementation support.
• Ensure development standards and documentation compliance.
• Participate in system architecture discussions and technology evaluations.
