Job summary

COOGEE INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT INC. is seeking an experienced MEPFS Supervisor in Santa Rosa City, Laguna.

The role oversees mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire safety and related systems on construction projects, ensuring compliance with codes and project specs. The candidate should have civil or mechanical engineering background with 5–7 years of MEPFS management experience and strong leadership, communication and on-site supervision skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a MEPFS Supervisor or equivalent supervisory role in construction, with 5–7 years in MEPFS management.
• Strong knowledge of MEPFS systems and their integration in building projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all MEPFS installation activities on site.
• Ensure work complies with plans, specs, codes and standards.
• Manage resources including labour, materials and equipment for MEPFS operations.
