Job summary

T-MAX Construkt, Inc. is seeking a skilled MEPF BIM Coordinator to join our growing engineering team in Mandaue City, Cebu.

You will coordinate BIM activities for MEPF systems across projects, ensure design accuracy, and enable effective collaboration among multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining BIM models, conducting clash detection, and delivering reports and 3D visualizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 5-8 years of BIM coordination or related experience.
• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks) and knowledge of MEP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for MEPF systems per specs.
• Coordinate BIM across MEPF disciplines to ensure clash detection.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution workshops with engineering teams.
• Prepare BIM coordination deliverables: clash reports, drawings, 3D visuals.
• Liaise with architects and structural engineers to integrate MEPF systems.
• Establish BIM standards and best practices across MEPF.
• Provide training on BIM processes and software usage.
• Monitor BIM model quality and implement improvements.
• Document lessons learned to improve procedures.
