T-MAX Construkt, Inc in Mandaue City, Cebu is seeking a talented MEPF BIM Coordinator to join our growing engineering team. This full-time role focuses on coordinating BIM for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection across projects, ensuring design accuracy and seamless collaboration.

You will develop, manage and maintain BIM models, perform clash detection, prepare delivery reports and coordinate with architects and structural engineers to integrate MEPF systems within the building

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related discipline) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 - 8 years of professional experience in BIM coordination, MEP engineering or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in BIM software platforms such as Revit, Navisworks or similar coordination tools.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems and their integration.
• Demonstrated experience in clash detection, 3D coordination and resolving MEP conflicts.
• Solid understanding of BIM standards, protocols and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

About the role

T-MAX Construkt, Inc is seeking a talented MEPF BIM Coordinator to join our growing engineering team. This is a full-time position based in Mandaue City, Cebu. As a MEPF BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating Building Information Modelling (BIM) activities for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire (MEPF) systems across engineering projects. This position is integral to ensuring seamless integration of MEP systems, maintaining design accuracy, and facilitating effective collaboration amongst multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
