Qualifikationen

• Proficient in BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD) and AutoCAD.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of building codes.

About The Role

T-MAX Construkt, Inc is seeking a skilled AEC BIM Modeler / Draftsman to join our Design & Architecture team. This is a full-time position based in Mandaue City, Cebu. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and Building Information Models (BIM) that form the foundation of our construction projects. You will work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and project managers to translate design concepts into precise technical documentation. This position is integral to ensuring that our projects are executed with accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate Building Information Models (BIM) using industry-standard software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar platforms
• Develop detailed architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details in accordance with project specifications
• Coordinate and integrate structural, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), and other discipline models to ensure clash detection and resolution
• Prepare and update drawing sets for construction documentation, permit applications, and client presentations
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements in all drawings and models
• Collaborate with architects and design teams to refine designs and incorporate feedback during the design development process
• Extract and generate reports from BIM models to support project planning and coordination
• Maintain consistency in drawing standards, naming conventions, and documentation practices across all project deliverables
• Assist in the preparation of 3D visualisations and renderings for client presentations and design reviews
• Support the implementation and improvement of BIM workflows and standards within the organisation

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a BIM Modeler or Architectural Draftsman
• Proficiency in BIM software, with strong experience in Revit, ArchiCAD, or equivalent platforms
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD for 2D drafting and design documentation
• Solid understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction documentation standards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality technical drawings
• Excellent spatial reasoning and the ability to visualise complex 3D models from 2D drawings
• Experience with coordination drawings and clash detection in multi-disciplinary projects
• Familiarity with construction sequencing and project management processes is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and address design conflicts and inconsistencies
• Knowledge of Philippine building codes and local construction standards is preferred
