T-MAX Construkt, Inc. is seeking a skilled MEPF BIM Coordinator to join our growing engineering team in Mandaue City, Cebu.

You will coordinate BIM activities for MEPF systems across projects, ensure design accuracy, and enable effective collaboration among multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining BIM models, conducting clash detection, and delivering reports and 3D visualizations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 5-8 years of BIM coordination or related experience.
• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks) and knowledge of MEP systems.

About The Role

T-MAX Construkt, Inc is seeking a talented MEPF BIM Coordinator to join our growing engineering team. This is a full-time position based in Mandaue City, Cebu. As a MEPF BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating Building Information Modelling (BIM) activities for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire (MEPF) systems across engineering projects. This position is integral to ensuring seamless integration of MEP systems, maintaining design accuracy, and facilitating effective collaboration amongst multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and maintain BIM models for MEPF systems in accordance with project specifications and industry standards
• Coordinate BIM activities across mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection disciplines to ensure consistency and clash detection
• Conduct clash detection and resolution workshops, documenting issues and facilitating timely resolutions with engineering teams
• Prepare and manage BIM coordination deliverables, including clash reports, coordination drawings and 3D visualizations
• Liaise with architects, structural engineers and other stakeholders to ensure MEPF systems are properly integrated within the overall building design
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols and best practices across MEPF disciplines
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM coordination processes and software utilization
• Monitor and report on BIM model quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures
• Document lessons learned and contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM coordination procedures

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related discipline) or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5 - 8 years of professional experience in BIM coordination, MEP engineering or related field
• Advanced proficiency in BIM software platforms such as Revit, Navisworks or similar coordination tools
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems and their integration
• Demonstrated experience in clash detection, 3D coordination and resolving MEP conflicts
• Solid understanding of BIM standards, protocols and industry best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
• Professional certifications in BIM coordination or relevant engineering disciplines are preferred
