Job summary

T-MAX Construkt, Inc. is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler/Draftsman to join our Design & Architecture team in Mandaue City, Cebu.

You will create detailed BIM models and architectural drawings, coordinating with architects, engineers, and project managers to translate designs into precise documentation. With 2–3 years of experience, you will work on building information models, ensure code compliance, and help refine designs through the design development process.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 2–3 years of BIM modeling or architectural drafting experience.
• Proficient in BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD) and AutoCAD.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of building codes.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary drawings and clash detection.
• Excellent teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain BIM models using Revit and ArchiCAD.
• Develop detailed drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections).
• Coordinate structural, MEP, and other discipline models for clash detection.
• Prepare drawing sets for construction docs and permits.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and standards.
• Support BIM workflows and documentation practices.
• Assist in 3D visualizations for presentations.
• Extract reports from BIM models for project planning.
