Emapta seeks a Senior Media Buyer & Funnel Builder to lead Meta advertising, funnel development, and analytics for international clients. You will design HighLevel-powered funnels, optimize landing pages, and manage multiple campaigns from Ads Manager with AI-assisted workflows.

The role rewards strong copywriting, data-driven decisions, and the ability to work remotely in a fast-growing, globally connected agency environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on Meta advertising experience.
• Strong experience with HighLevel (GHL), including funnels, landing pages, and automations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of lead-generation marketing, offers, and conversion optimization.
• Experience analyzing and improving landing page performance.
• Strong copywriting skills and creative judgment.
• Experience with tracking, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API.
• Proficiency in using AI as part of daily workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Build landing pages, forms, funnels, and automations in HighLevel CRM.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing funnels and automations.
• Conduct continuous A/B tests on landing pages and funnel elements to improve conversion rates.
• Build, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns directly in Ads Manager.
• Refresh creative assets as needed and scale campaigns while maintaining lead quality.
• Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and conversion tracking.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements across accounts.
• Analyze CPL, landing page conversions, and spend; optimize for qualified leads.
• Test ads, offers, audiences, and creative assets to improve results.
• Prepare client-ready reports and manage AI-assisted workflows; brief freelancers when needed.

• Build landing pages, forms, funnels, and automations in HighLevel CRM
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing funnels and automations
• Conduct continuous A/B tests on landing pages and funnel elements to improve conversion rates

Meta Advertising

• Build, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns directly in Ads Manager

Strategy & Analysis

• Monitor account performance and proactively identify and implement improvements
• Analyze CPL, landing page conversion rates, lead quality, spend, and other performance metrics
• Diagnose lead quality issues and optimize for qualified leads, not just lower CPL
• Test ads, offers, audiences, creative assets, and landing pages to improve performance

Offers & Creative

• Develop offers, hooks, ad copy, video scripts, and creative concepts
• Create or direct image and video ad creative
• Test new creative concepts and formats continuously

Reporting, AI & Contractor Management

• Prepare clear, client-ready performance reports and recommendations
• Use AI tools to improve analysis, copywriting, creative production, reporting, and workflows
• Review AI-generated work for accuracy and quality rather than rely on it blindly
• Find and select freelancers or contractors as needed, brief them on the work, provide feedback, and quality-control final deliverables
• Help solve miscellaneous marketing and technical challenges that arise in a growing agency
