Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–10+ years in mechanical design and development.
• Proficient in CAD software: SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD.
• Experience with FEA and CFD analysis.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and project management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test mechanical systems and products throughout the product lifecycle.
• Create 3D models, detailed drawings, and schematics using SolidWorks.
• Conduct FEA and CFD analyses to evaluate performance, reliability, and safety.
• Lead projects, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews to ensure quality.
• Oversee lifecycle from concept to prototyping, testing, and transfer to manufacturing.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and production teams.
• Identify design improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project integration and clear communication with stakeholders.
