Job summary

Kinden in the Philippines is seeking a capable assistant to support the electrical works design concept and cost estimations for bids. The role involves assisting in design concepts, material take-offs, and preparation of bid submittals and cost breakdowns.

You will also help conduct on-site inspections to ensure installations meet project requirements, and prepare electrical layout plans for lighting and receptacles, along with other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of project design concept related to electrical works.
• Assist in the material take-off and its cost estimates.
• Assist in the preparation of submittals such as: bid attachments, material submittals, and other required documents.
• Assist in encoding cost estimates breakdown and net statements.
• Assist in the conduct of on-site inspection to ensure that installations are in accordance with the project requirements and specification.
• Prepare electrical layout plan but limited to lighting, receptacles and auxiliary system.
• Perform other duties that maybe assigned to from time to time.
