Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Professional license relevant to the field.
Preferably with 2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

Monitors the preparation and approval of budget-related documents and tracks progress.
Participates in pre-construction meetings and prepares initial budgets for development projects.
Liaises with Construction/Project Managers based on estimated items in the budget.
Ensures detailed budgets stay within approved parameters and assesses cost variance validity.
Reviews actual cost performance versus approved budget and updates KPI-related metrics.
Reviews and analyzes requests for budget movements prior to approval.
