Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 5–8 years of experience to design HVAC and MEPFS for building and industrial projects in the Philippines. You will develop mechanical system designs, perform calculations, review drawings, and coordinate BIM models using Revit.

The role requires licensure as a Mechanical Engineer and a strong understanding of local and international codes. You will collaborate with architecture, structure, and electrical teams to ensure design integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in mechanical design engineering.
• Strong experience in HVAC and MEPFS systems design and calculations.
• Proficiency in Revit is required.
• Knowledge of relevant local and international engineering codes and standards.
• Strong technical, analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Experience in building, industrial, or multidisciplinary engineering projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop HVAC and mechanical systems for building and industrial projects.
• Perform HVAC and mechanical engineering calculations, equipment sizing, and system design.
• Prepare and review mechanical drawings, specifications, schedules, and other technical documents.
• Develop and coordinate Revit-based mechanical/BIM models.
• Coordinate mechanical systems with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection disciplines.
• Review designs to ensure compliance with applicable local and international codes and standards.
• Participate in design coordination meetings and assist in resolving technical and coordination issues.
• Support project teams throughout the design and documentation stages.
