Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD design tools and technical drawing creation.
• Experience with product validation, testing, and industrialization processes.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and design for manufacturability.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and international teams.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical solutions for new product development projects, from concept through industrialization.
• Create and maintain 3D models, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative, reliable, and cost‑effective products.
• Support prototype development, testing, validation, and design reviews.
• Analyze technical challenges and drive continuous improvements in product performance, quality, and manufacturability.
