Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and professional licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in design work for consultancy and construction.
• Background in Mechanical Systems: HVAC, Refrigeration, Vertical Transportation, Acoustics, GenSet/Fuel, LPG, and Building Management System.

Responsibilities

• Review mechanical designs for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide responses to RFAs/RFIs.
• Provide in-house design and technical specifications for small-scale projects.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare site recommendation reports to ensure proper implementation on site.
• Review data provided on equipment and system testing, and materials' data sheets specifications provided by bidders during material testing.
