Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead the design of building services HVAC systems for a range of projects.

You will manage drawings, apply codes and project specs, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior staff while delivering safe, compliant, and cost-effective solutions. Proficiency with AutoCAD/Revit and HVAC load tools is a plus; RME is valued and 5+ years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience in mechanical design.
• Ability to apply codes, standards and project specifications.
• Proficiency with HVAC load estimation tools and BIM software.
• Experience reading and drafting construction plans and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mechanical services design for building projects and related systems.
• Manage and maintain office drawing records per QA procedures.
• Coordinate with design team, architects, engineers and clients.
• Prepare technical reports and develop HVAC system designs.
• Develop safety in design and mentor junior staff.
