Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Data Modeler to own the data modeling within an MDM project, working across data sources with a team and a project manager.

Using Erwin as the primary tool, you will design and maintain data models that bring structure to complex enterprise data landscapes and drive governance decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data modeling or data architecture.
• Deep expertise in data modeling concepts and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Erwin Data Modeling.
• Insurance industry experience.
• Background in data visualization.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the data modeling workstream within an MDM implementation.
• Design, develop, and maintain data models across different data sources using Erwin.
• Collaborate with fellow data modelers and the project manager to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Apply insurance industry knowledge to model domain-specific data accurately.
• Create data visualizations to communicate data structures and relationships to stakeholders.
