Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a SAP Data Engineer to design and maintain data pipelines using SAP-native systems, supporting enterprise analytics. You will translate business requirements into high-performance data models and ensure seamless integration between SAP sources and modern data environments.

Design and implement extraction from ECC and S/4HANA, build models with BW/4HANA, Datasphere, and HANA, and develop automated ETL/ELT workflows for analytics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering, SAP Development, or related field.
• Proven expertise in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAP HANA modeling.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP data extraction from ECC and S/4HANA.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable data extraction processes from SAP source systems (ECC, S/4HANA).
• Build and optimize data models with SAP BW/4HANA, Datasphere, and HANA modeling techniques.
• Develop automated ETL/ELT workflows for analytics and reporting.
• Ensure data integrity across SAP landscape and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map business objects to analytics-ready schemas.
• Optimize query performance and storage in SAP environments.
