BairesDev is seeking a Principal Data Architect to design and govern enterprise-scale data architectures, governance frameworks, and platform strategies. You’ll bridge business goals and technical execution to ensure a scalable, secure, and high-performing data ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Enterprise Data Engineering, or a related senior technical role.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-scale data platforms using Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure Synapse.
• Advanced proficiency in data modeling methodologies, specifically Dimensional Modeling and Data Vault.
• Strong background in establishing data governance frameworks and implementing platform-wide data strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern enterprise-scale data architectures across platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, and Synapse.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated data modeling strategies using dimensional and data vault methodologies.
• Implement and manage robust data governance frameworks using tools such as Unity Catalog and Collibra.
• Define long-term data strategy and platform roadmaps to drive organizational value and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align data infrastructure with evolving business needs.
