Job summary

Citi in Manila is seeking an experienced professional to plan, execute and report control testing for Markets Trading and Sales. You will design and conduct testing, challenge control design, and work with Front Office, Markets Conduct Risk, Compliance and Operational Risk to ensure effective controls.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder relationships, timely delivery, and clear, impactful summaries of testing outcomes.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in Front Office controls testing, internal or external audit, or similar reviews.
Knowledge of Markets Sales and Trading activities, risks and related controls.
Understanding of control design assessment and testing techniques.
Experience maintaining strong senior stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

Executing controls design and operating effectiveness testing to agreed timelines.
Escalating and resolving obstacles to delivery.
Maintaining high standards and best practice for testing activities and documentation.
Providing challenge to stakeholders on control design and effectiveness.
Supporting remediation activities identified through testing.
Maintaining relationships across Front Office, Markets Conduct Risk, Compliance and Operational Risk.
