Job summary

Citi Global Markets seeks an experienced 1LOD Markets Controls Testing professional to plan, execute and report control testing across Markets Trading and Sales. You will maintain testing standards, challenge design effectiveness, and support remediation with Front Office, Compliance and Risk teams.

You'll work under the Global Markets Control Testing Programme Head, contributing to a risk-based testing framework and delivering impactful summaries for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Front Office controls testing, internal audit, external audit, or similar reviews.
• Knowledge of Markets Sales and Trading activities, risks and related controls.
• Strong understanding of control design assessment and testing techniques.
• Experience developing and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Executing controls design and operating effectiveness testing to agreed timelines, escalating and resolving obstacles to delivery.
• Maintaining high standards and documentation for testing activities.
• Providing challenge to stakeholders on design and effectiveness of controls.
• Supporting remediation identified through the testing programme.
• Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across Front Office, Markets Conduct Risk, Compliance and Operational Risk.
• Drafting impactful summary outputs from the testing programme.
