Job summary

Citi Global Markets is seeking an experienced 1LOD Markets Controls Testing professional to plan, execute and report the results of controls testing across trading and sales activities. You will support the Global Markets Control Testing programme head and contribute to risk-based testing across multiple asset classes, technologies and regions.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Front Office controls testing, internal or external audits, or independent control reviews.
• Knowledge of Markets Sales and Trading activities, risks and related controls.
• Understanding of control design assessment and testing techniques and practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and report control testing for Markets Trading and Sales.
• Escalate obstacles, maintain testing timelines and documentation.
• Challenge control design and effectiveness with stakeholders.
• Support remediation identification and tracking with Front Office and risk teams.
• Draft impactful outputs for stakeholders across Front Office, Compliance and Risk.
