Job summary

Citi is hiring for the Markets Shared Controls Group to support global Markets with robust controls and efficient processes. You will engage partners across Tech, Risk & Control, Middle Office and front office to ensure timely issue escalation and remediation while driving efficiency through automation.

You will collaborate with a global team to monitor controls, provide oversight, and present governance materials to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications

• Experience in controls governance or risk management.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with front office contacts and internal partners to maintain relationships.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and lead improvements.
• Assess risk in business decisions to protect Citi's reputation and assets.
